The Theresia holiday home is located on the Gerlosberg mountain at an altitude of 1100 meters in a quiet location. The middle station of the ski area is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in 5 minutes by ski bus. The ski bus stop is located above the Theresia holiday home (a 2-minute walk).

We offer our guests a holiday home with two apartments (one for 4 people and one for 10 people), both with central heating. The apartments are equipped with a combined living room and kitchen including satellite TV, a large table, a microwave, and a sleeping area. There is one double room, one four-bed room, and two triple rooms. Each apartment has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a separate toilet. The number of guests can be adjusted to suit your needs. All rooms have running water. Three parking spaces and a garden are available. In winter, it is possible to rent the entire holiday home.

Our house is approximately 10 minutes away from Zell im Zillertal by car. Two restaurants are located nearby.

Cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, outdoor swimming pools, the Zell leisure park (ice skating rink, playgrounds, etc.), hiking and cycling trails, and much more are all within a 15-minute drive.

A bread delivery service is available upon request.
