Welcome to the Hotter family!

In 1973, Hans and Eva Hotter built the Grünitzerhof in its current form, laying the foundation for our businesses. After Villa Fiechtl was destroyed by fire in 1981, the Birkenhof was built in its place and reopened to guests as early as 1984. In 2013, the house chapel, built in honor of John of God, was erected in front of the Grünitzerhof and has since become an important feature of our farm. The Theresia holiday home was extensively renovated by Eva Hotter in 2000. As part of this renovation, the attic was lovingly converted to offer our guests even greater comfort and coziness.

Today, Hubert Hotter, together with his wife Susanne and their children Johannes and Emma, ​​manages both the Birkenhof and the Grünitzerhof. The Birkenhof was handed over to Hubert by his mother Eva in 2016 and converted into a comfortable 4-star apartment building in 2018. In 2026, the Grünitzerhof was passed on to Hubert from his father Hans. It is currently undergoing renovations to carefully develop the business and preserve it for future generations.
